Linings

Lining Choices

1/4" Flexible Foam

Flexible foam offers extra protection for heavy-duty or fragile items. Foam-lined bags can be made from any exterior fabric. Foam-lined projects have in interior lining made from our 600/300 denier fabric (unless you request another lining fabric). Partial/mixed foam projects are common.

1/4" Dense Foam

Dense foam provides even more protection for your items. Dense foam is often added to the bottoms of bags, for a stiffer yet flexible base, but can be added to the whole project for a semi-rigid construction. Foam-lined products can be made from any exterior fabric. Foam-lined projects have in interior lining made from our 600/300 denier fabric (unless you request another lining fabric). Partial/mixed foam projects are common.

Fleece

Fleece lining (Black only) can be added to any project for extra protection of delicate or easily-scuffed items.

PVC Liner

PVC liner is a  non-porous layer that can be added to projects for an easily cleaned interior. This fabric is also suitable as a waterproofing layer, and forms the innermost layer of our custom cooler bags.

Temptrol

Temptrol® Metalized Cloth Reflective Fabric is a radiant barrier designed for soft-sided coolers, clothing, curtain liners, or specialty products. Temptrol reflects 90% of heat and does not promote the growth of fungi or bacteria.

Manufacturer asserts it provides shielding against electromagnetic radio frequency interference and infrared shielding (but we have not verified this claims, and provide no guarantees/claims regarding this feature).

We recommend an additional lining choice (such as PVC) when choosing this option.

Fabric Liner

Some projects require additional layers of fabric for added durability. We can line your project with any of our stock fabrics, or specialty fabrics, to meet your needs. It is common to only add extra layer(s) to high-wear areas (like bottoms or ends).
